Idén szeptemberben voltunk 4. alkalommal a szállodában, ez már sok mindent elárul. És most sem csalódtunk. Már a szobafoglalásnál roppant figyelmesen úgy igazolták vissza a szállásunkat, hogy jelezték, tudomásuk van róla, hogy visszatérő vendégek vagyunk. Az első napon sajnos esett az eső, mi pedig eláztunk. Hogy könnyebben és gyorsabban száradjanak a ruháink, felajánlottak egy hősugárzót, ami nagyon jó szolgálatot tett. Igazán kedves volt az éttermi személyzet is. Nagyon örültünk egy régi kedves ismerősnek, annak a pincérnek, aki már 21 éve dolgozik a szállodában, így emlékeztünk rá korábbról. Tamás, az étteremvezető pedig különösen figyelmes volt, amikor az egyik desszerthez külön hozott nekem lekvárt az eredetileg kikészített csokoládészósz helyett. Apróság, mégis annyira jól esett! Szóval, mindenkinél őszinte figyelmességet tapasztaltunk, mosolyogtak, udvariasak és segítőkészek voltak. Ajánlom mindenkinek az aranykezű masszőr Lacit is, mindamellett, hogy fellazította letapadt izmaimat, nagyon jól el is szórakoztatott. Szóval, ha a Bakonyt választják úticélként, menjenek a Hasikba, mert ott nem fognak csalódni!
